How to Set-up for A Pre-Recorded Presentation OR WEBINAR

You’ll need…

a) High speed Internet connection or reliable WIFI access

b) Laptop or computer with an HDMI output

c) Speakers that plug into the laptop / headphone output

d) HDMI Cable

e) Larger Flat Screen TV with HDMI input (optional but preferred for a group larger than 3 people)

NOTE: If a group is watching the presentation or webinar, hook the HDMI cable up the flat screen TV, select HDMI input on television. Your laptop visual display setting might need to be temporarily changed. We can help with that.

Webinars - How It Happens – Three Simple Steps

1) After we establish the time for the webinar, we send you an invite with pass code info. NOTE: Conference platform connection procedure might differ but they are somewhat similar

2) We connect and establish our picture and adjust sound so all can hear

3) We present the webinar and there will be time at the end for questions

Pre-Recorded Presentations

We will send you through email, the link to the presentation.

It can then be viewed on any device at any time.
